What the Kannada filmdom could not materialize on over 300 acres land at Hesaraghatta gifted by former chief minister Ramakrishna Hegde in the mid 80’s is now partially happening at Sandalwood Film Nagar at Raynal Gardens that is 22 kilometers away from City Railway station.

It was the dream of Dr Rajakumar to see the family of filmdom together. The inauguration of residential project exclusively for Kannada film industry fraternity is spread on 98 acres of land. The modern amenity with latest charm is available on plots that range from 20x30 to 60x80 sites.

The inauguration of residential project for Kannada film industry will be made by Col.Kharla, CEO, Raynal Realtors private limited on 25th of April at 11 am, the logo unveiling will be made by Raghavendra Rajakumar in the presence of KFCC President B Vijayakumar and all other heads of Kannada film industry will be present.

The Bhoomi Puja is also taking place at this place on the same day.
